![]() Back in the day (1978-1992) AT&T had a slogan... "Reach out and touch someone." I had to look up whose slogan that was, because over time it became part of common vernacular. So as we are all trying so hard NOT to touch one another, I realized snail mail has taken on a new importance.

In the last ten days, I've sent off nearly 70 packages carrying 90+ roller towel "rewards" to investors from my first-ever Kickstarter campaign. What an experience this was!
I'm really enjoying hearing from folks, as their packages have arrived and they’re using the towels. How gratifying it is to know they're washing their hands long & often and drying them with my artwork. Thirsty towels are at work in 26 states and 2 Canadian provinces ~ from New England to California; from British Columbia to Florida; from Ontario to Texas; and from the southwest across the ocean to Hawaii! I so enjoy seeing them in your homes, so send me a photo that hints at your style and where you live. People have asked about ordering more... Inventory is very low at the moment, but I will continue to make more. and in additional designs too. You can find these towels and table linens in the Gallery/Shop. I send thanks with deepest gratitude for your enthusiasm for my work. ~ Candace |
Along the way....When I first decided to create a website, I thought of it as a virtual catalog to "get my work out there". Then I picked up a copy of Austin Kleon's Show Your Work. He so clearly states my sense of how we are a community of creatives who benefit from sharing our process and work; I decided it makes sense to blog and share mine. Enjoy. Archives
